In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg, milk, sourdough starter, coconut sugar, and melted butter or oil 2. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt 3. If batter is too runny, add flour 1 tbsp at a time. If too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time 4. Melt butter in a pan until melted and browning  5. Pour batter about 1/4 cup at a time into a buttered pan over medium heat. Cook on each side about 2 minutes & bubbles are popping, or until golden 6. ENJOY YOUR STACK
