Whatever you say , you need to feel , just saying won’t make things happen , feelings have no words but feelings and be authentic with history of good times, “good things are allowed to happen to me”, “good things happen to me” when you say it … you gotta remember all the good things happened with you … I personally call it “Perls of happiness” … you got to remember them, great childhood, great parents , good things parents , family members did for you, your spouse, the girlfriend / boyfriend you got in your school whom you felt where outta your league, friends who could come for you at any time… your kids .. when they were little , if any did any acts of kindness … find at least 4-5 things and keep remembering them , it’s a form of mediation and then you will automatically start searching for the positives in life and your pearls of happiness necklace will grow longer
