Money in a Dryer, Hmmm, CAN you say, Counterfeit. Making money look old by putting it in a dryer with a shoe or similar is a common trick. Ummm, Err, or so I've heard. 😳😳😳 IF real, The customer retains the rights to ALL of the money as she bought it as is from the seller. The tech is a thief and needs to be fired by his employer.
