Every birth should be officially registered every death properly documented and cases of communicable diseases should be systematically monitored and reported. A modern civil registration and vital statistics (CRVS) system would provide reliable data on births , deaths and disease prevalence and demographic trends helping authorities make informed decisions and improve public services.
