This is why as a teacher I write up bad behavior just incase something like this were to ever happen and they can go back into their school files and see what happened. At least in Ohio, the write ups follow them through to their senior year even from elementary.

As someone who got a DMDD diagnosis as a teenager (and later got that switched to BPD), usually many mental health providers use that when a child is too young to be diagnosed with something greater such as bipolar or BPD.
