This used to happen to me when I used to work unsociable hours. If you happen to go to the supermarket to do your food shop on say a Wednesday morning because it's the only day you have available to do it the amount of dirty looks you get is unreal!

You could also have days off during the week, work four on four off etc, not everyone works Monday-Friday 9-5, 🙈 so random always asking about if you have a job ! your job doesn't always define you, it pays for things x

it's all to do with hierarchy, some people want to know what job you have so they know the level of respect that they can give you. is literally almost the first thing that people ask me. and I have disabled so I don't work so I just lie. I just lie I lied people and say I have a job.
