girl the trick (this is literally my whole job) is stop restricting from your diet and start adding things in. 1 fruit or veg with each meal. if you don't like fruit or veg, dip it or prepare in a way you will like it (fuck the calories you need nutrients). fuck it don't eat veg only eat fruit ITS FOR THE NUTRIENTS. eat different colors for the different nutrients. also if you want to keep or build muscle - you need to eat protein. its what your muscles are built of!!!!! love u queen

Girl…I use BitePal..it’s an app where you put on what you eat and it tracks macros for you but let me tell you, I’ve been doing it for a year and STILL don’t put the 2 Hershey nuggets I just ate in it because meh how much does that matter? WHY DO I ALWAYS SELF SABOTAGE!!!

Porridge for breakfast, it gives you so much energy for the whole day, and you don't need much to fill you. like, a literal tablespoon or a bit more of raw rolled oats in a bowl with a splash of water, chuck it in the microwave for a 1 and a half mins or 2 mins, it expands while cooking. honey and some fruit and strawberry greek yoghurt on the side. And it's slow burn energy, not energy and fizzles out fast like a chocolate bar.

My issue is the complete opposite, I go down open the fridge see what we have and if we don’t have what I want I won’t eat, and people say that being skinny is “healthy” or “you look so good” and I’m like I can see my bones through my clothes. And I swear people don’t realize that being too skinny is painful, my legs hurt when I stand, my back hurts when I lean against the back of a chair. Just because I’m skinny doesn’t mean I’m healthy.

also, not that anyone asked, i have learnt that what I actually have to do for myself is buy things like baby carrots / cucumbers or pre-chop a pepper.. then not buy the "snack" foods. so when I open a fridge / cupboard, every time I walk in the kitchen, I have no choice BUT the healthy option. so I still graze like a deer but on stuff that's not high in fat/calories

I gotta say i am still mad because I paid for a few sessions with a nutritionist and all they did was tell me I wasn’t big enough for medical intervention, they didn’t know if the meal replacements they had contained sorbitol so I couldn’t have them, I couldn’t make the weekly meetings they had, so they gave me some pamphlets and told me to reward myself with shopping instead of with food when I have ADHD and a shopping problem. 😑

being chronically ill has really destroyed my body image. my weight fluctuates and I barely eat anything because I'm constantly feeling nauseous. I don't look my weight but my endo tummy gets so bad that most my clothes fit only sometimes. anyways idk where else to say this I have no one to talk to about it :p

Im on a weight loss journey and l read that turmeric helps to restore the chemical in ur brain that tells u ur full. I notice that even when l wasn't hungry l would still wanna eat and after drinking turmeric every night l noticed that l can limit my food intake again... So yea try it if interested

Ask Jesus to help, i been trying to get healthy and lose a couple kilos and try fasting really hard, then I prayed to Jesus to help me and you know how he works mysteriously i have reduce kilos and able to do 16 hrs of fasting 2 days a week slowly its happening thankyou Jesus🙏💪
