You also could use a pair of channel locks and turn the feet on the washer or dryer and level it off, it works the same way!

These will break your machine faster. Machines have self levelers and are supposed to be on solid surfaces. This will cause the suspension in your machine to fail faster.

Those things have been around for years. They don't really work. Front load washers are designed to be concrete or at least a very solid floor. If you sort loads, that'll eliminate vibrations. All similar weight materials, like towels, or blue jeans, or shirts etc. If you put a load of t shirts, and 1 beach towel, the towel will throw off the balance.
