Happened with me with Jet2. The map said the driver had drove straight past and it didn’t and we phoned Jet2 and they said they will investigate but we need to sort a taxi out but they offered to pay. BUT then the coach arrived so like wth

you've paid for that transfer in your holiday as well so you're entitled to that money back for that part of your package. it'll be in the small print somewhere how much it cost x

That is absolutely ridiculous, Tui should absolutely pay for the taxi, its THEIR responsibility to get you to the airport when you have included transfers

Shame on TUI. Thank you for looking out for them. I’m an anxious traveller and I’m 26, couldn’t imagine being in my 80’s no phone and hours away from my flight struggling with my mobility and no transfer.
