I don’t understand this connected or near to the metro it’s purely a selling point. The only people who can afford to be taking the metro cannot afford a 65k a year studio or a 85k 1 bed. It’s a silly selling point. It will end up with partition rooms or 2 beds in 1 room. The people who can afford this will not what the chaos of living next to the metro. Make this make sense? If it was somewhere else it would be a good development

From my experience living near a metro station, it’s common to see multiple people sharing the same unit, which more maintenance, You also get constant uber and taxi driver, and heavy traffic. On top of that, landlords often deal with bounced cheques and payment delays.
