this is not a conclusive riddle. he said there are 10 machines in a room. they are all off. he didn't say there were ONLY 10 machines. He just specified there are 10 that are off. if a person can enter this room, and turn off additional machines, it would be correct to assume there were more than 10 machines to begin with. so, it would be 13. ijs
