When a simple chicken sandwich requires dozens of additives: emulsifiers, conditioners, preservatives, stabilizers, we have to ask a bigger question:   Is this food… or formulation?   Many of these compounds were never tested in combination, long-term, at the scale we’re consuming them today.   Yet they’ve quietly become staples of the modern diet.   Over the last 50 years, ultra-processed convenience has replaced real food and chronic disease has risen alongside it.   Coincidence?   Or chemistry?   This isn’t about one restaurant.   It’s about what happens when industrial formulations replace whole foods and we normalize it.   When you change the inputs at a cellular level, you change the outcome.   And we’re living with the outcome.
