Sorry but AI is terrible for call centers or customer service, people don’t want to talk with or work through an AI agent and I think companies will have to reverse and really dig into the customer experience and journey lines again. Too many businesses have gotten away from what a good customer experience looks like and building true brand loyalty, I predict consumers will push back and demand better in the next couple of years ❤️
