@vdrophealth: Starting out in the gym is overwhelming, and most people learn these lessons way too late. These are the things I wish someone had told me on day one. Save this if you're just getting started or share it with someone who is. #gymadvice #gymtips #fitnesstips #beginnerfitness #fitnessmotivaton
So bench press builds more than the chest press machine? Same movement and machine helps safely working to failure. Can someone explain that?

You can absolutely build as much muscle with a machine. That’s just misinformation lol

Couldn't be any clearer. But gen zers insist on SBL and supplements right off the bat. Diet is a forethought for majority.

focus on pull ups, dips and push ups, aka core, not legs just cuz they can already lift heavy

Compound movements are great. But machines give you more isolation. So arguably that fact is wrong.

As an older guy who has been into health and fitness many years . my advice is this to a beginner 1, Set your mind with a goal you want to achieve and work towards it with all that you have . Whether that’s to build muscle, lose weight , stay fit or whatever . 2, NEVER take steroids EVER it’s not worth the risk and with hard work you can still get a nice physique , but tbh not as good as a juice monkey !3, Diet , Diet, Diet , remember what you put into your body , you get out of your body in the form of muscle or fat . Get lots protein into ya, cut out sugary foods as much as possible and just watch yourself transform .
