It does not let her casually copy-paste the specific divine authorities, physical possessions, or unique Noble Phantasms of completely different entities from alternate universes - Also "WELl NAsU ApRoVeD" or similar isn't the slam dunk you think it is.

omg bruh💔 the fact that she draws out MANA from alternate dimensions doesnt have anything to do with her having ishtar bow, the sword doesnt even draws out power of HER alternate selves, it just draws powers from alternate dimensions. The only explanation why she has ishtar power is she became a pseudo servant like in fgo
