The jury has to make a decision based on the charge and if the parameters were met…. But everyone is raging off emotions and not looking at the legal facts

This jury showed America how the due process is INTENDED to be. Verdicts should be determined based on if the prosecutors proved their case BEYOND reasonable doubt. If the defense can introduce some doubt, which they did, then they have a duty to return a not guilty verdict. There’s no video proof supporting whether or not cyrus pointed his gun, that being said everything has to be judged based upon the LAW & not FEELINGS. Chasing Cyrus was NOT illegal, was it morally wrong? sure but the Jury’s job isn’t to make decisions based in morality.

The facts are there wasn’t enough evidence to prove a murder charge which needs to have evidence of malice… Chow claimed the gun was pointed at him during the chase and there is no evidence to disprove that murder was the wrong charge that’s all

the core detail that’s being glossed over is the kid pointing the gun at the guys son. that in of itself justifies the self defense, furthermore bro did cpr on the kid to try and save his life. people need to critically think and block out media influence over their common sense.
