So many memories. I used to live by store #1. On slow mornings Id walk down and get a waffle and a good cup of coffee. Id eat at a table outside. Write in my journal, i moved away. I miss those slow mornings w Bruges waffles.

my uncle LOVED your waffles. while he was waiting for a kidney and liver transplant, they were a bright spot in his days. after his transplant he celebrated with your waffles. and during his last remaining days his son brought him your waffles. He was a man of few words but he always smiled when someone mentioned Bruges.
