If you can own this, you're not just strong - you're explosive, coordinated, balanced, agile. This builds your legs, lights up your core, and forces your nervous system to level up. That's the piece most people miss. Good training doesn't just build muscle - it sharpens proprioception, timing, balance, and power. That's athleticism. This movement exposes right-to-left imbalances immediately. For me, left hand snatch with right leg forward is less stable. So I train it. That's how you fix asymmetry. Lunging in general is underrated. Most people avoid it because they're bad at it. That's exactly why you need it. Not for beginners. Master the fundamentals first. Then come back to this. Protocol: 5 sets 10 reps each side Long rest Skill over burn I'm using 24kg. Start with 12-16kg, maybe lighter. Minimum: 3 sets. Ideal: 5 sets once per week. Practice it. Get better weekly.
