SPF 50 let it dry for 15 min THEN put your cooking spray or oil. You’ll still tan but won’t burn.

I tanned with a tube top I’m so stupid 😭, half my stomach is white and the other is tan, I also wanted to get some olive oil and my dad started yelling at me to just stop he hates me tanning, HATES.
