Don’t resign because of bullies. stand your ground and don’t laugh off disrespectful comments just to keep the peace. Familiarise yourself with the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and Employment Equity Act so that you know your rights. Knowledge is power ,remain professional, document issues where necessary, and use the proper channels to address unfair treatment.
