Say next time you "attend" training. The differentiation is: You dont need a work visa for attending meetings, conferences, or signing contracts. You need a work visa for: Delivering training, consultancy, or auditing for a local client

I had a colleague that tried something similar visiting our subdivision in the US. She was denied entry and still to this day 12 years later she can’t get an ESTA and has to apply for a visa for every trip and can except to to interrogated for a couple hours at passport control
