It’s same in all Europe! LKW Walter is company who support fraud because they payments is 100% bankruptcy if you work by law. They pay 1.25€/km and if you work in Nederland it is 100% bankruptcy! They also offer days 550€ for 450km in Benelux for contractors. It’s around 12000€ a month. If you pay all expenses in Nederland and driver bylaws it is bankrupt!
