the location you go too is the same as me, with the fans a worker told me that the fans have been having electricity problems with the lights , so sometimes when they turn the fans on the lights turn off!

There is no Ac in this location FYI only big fans. There is people sitting down all day long waiting for rotation. It does stick and yes dust all over so if you have allergies they will flare up .
