@lailaspantry: Chicken & leek stuffed pasta! This is such as fun way to use up any pesto you might have laying in the fridge. I used some wild garlic pesto that I had, but you can definitely make this with just regular pesto as well. Since I had fresh pappardelle lying around, I made a stuffed pappardelle, but this pasta would be so good with ANY pasta shape. It also makes a great base that you can meal prep and use in tons of different dishes.
