Mt Tam is one of the best cheeses on earth! And the cheese maker is a company started and ran by women out in Point Reyes, CA. It’s a soft ripened cheese like Brie, but you’ll never be satisfied with Brie ever again.

I feel like that sheep’s cheese with the tomato would be good in a breakfast wrap! Like for a homemade sun-dried tomato spinach & feta wrap from Starbucks
