You know what’s funny. I massage my face quite well it helped a lot with inflammation….so the other day I did something similar to what you’re doing here and I swear my tummy was a little flatter. Yes I still have a belly but truly it reduced. This works. And it’s not about being so slim but it’s relaxing. 🥰
