The valuation is ridiculous. This is just another Musk attempt at debt cycling to make good on twitter investor payments since his AI stock scheme to appease them failed. This could rock the whole market, just about all sectors. Fund managers are going to be forced into buying this artificially overinflated stock (have you checked out the EV/EBITDA ratio?!) on a company that has lost more in the last 2 years than most businesses make in their lifetime. It jeopardizes the retirements of millions of Americans unless the stars align and everything goes exactly according to the (unrealistic) plans and vaporware he sold to investors. He even negotiated a rule change with Nasdaq for a 15 day listing timeline that will rocket SpaceX straight to #7, right out of the gate. Nothing about this gives me the warm fuzzies.
