So this worked really well! We anchored it in the center close to the jet flow... the longer it floats the warmer it got!! It works!!!!

How is a cast iron pan floating like that? Like I get buoyancy and water displacement to a degree, but it seems a cast iron pan with no air trapped shouldn't be able to not sink to the bottom in a 4ft pool

The point is to get the pot hot!! It doesnt matter that the heat rises. It doesnt touch the side cause you anchor it. IT DID WORK 💯

I️bought a thick black pond liner and cover the pool with it. It heats the pool. Sometimes too hot. Keeps the pool clean too
