I think it's good customer service and it's fair for customer. She was given potential stress due to vendor issues. Yes original lace is avail now but she would have had to accept alternate if it hadn't. Fair is fair. She was willing to compromise when it was a possible issue, so only fair in my view 😊

The customer should not have to pay for what the shop offered to give her at no extra cost. She had nothing to do with the lace problems. She would never recommend that bakery if she was forced yet again to change plans.

Vendors cause a lot of problems for bakeries and other businesses, Jared has a huge heart and always thrives to make sure everyone is happy even if it is at cost thus still making the business a very popular one with very happy customers 🌺

This entire one was a hit mess! I can see Veronica's point, but I think in this case Jared made the right call. Veronica and Jared seem to have a very stable relationship. The communication is really key to the success of their relationship!! 💜💜💜
