I believe this… I walked into my first interview and both the manager and HR were smiling, we were talking about the weather… how good the room smelt.. 1 day later I got the call to go for a 2nd interview and I got the offer this Tuesday… super happy 😊

Ugh.. being pleasant and prepared should be enough. If I was a recruiter I’d see right through this. It just feels fake trying to ask about the weather and other random topics 😩

Thing I’ll never be able to understand is if you have someone’s résumé in front of you if you have viewed the résumé and it really tells a story in detail regarding that candidates background why is that a question?
