For everyone's information po. Familiar naman siguro kayo sa United Nations. So basically, the UN Security Council is the group na nagha-handle ng biggest global security issues like wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping. The Philippines wanted a seat there para may DIRECT voice tayo sa discussions and decisions, but Kyrgyzstan got more votes than the Philippines. Still, the Philippines remains an active UN member and continues to have a voice in international discussions, this result doesn’t change our role in the UN.
