Didn't slow down before a turn, no signal, plus he turned without stopping and checking for oncoming traffic, I'm 1000 percent sure there was a stop sign there

youre all wrong, the way he moves his hands doesn't matter. The main issue is he cuts through the turn, if there was a car turning right on the road he's turning into, it wouldn't have space, when in reality there is space for two cars if he turns correctly. To turn correctly he needs to delay the turn and then fully turn the wheel once he's perpendicular with the road he's turning into instead of slowly turning and cutting into the turn.
