This happened three times to me in one day and did exactly what you said don’t get upset and don’t give them ammunition as they want you to to get mad and upset. I didn’t do it. I felt good about it, but I had you in my brain on this video. It was hard but I did it because I know exactly what they wanted me to do so then I would get called in the office by the boss, but I didn’t do it. Thank you so much. I think that really helped but I didn’t blow back at them I know when another day I would’ve done that and it would’ve been not Worker and I would’ve regretted it afterwards. Three incidents in one day today wow thank you

I work in a hospital in the hospital. needs to be organized in the department I'm in. you have ratchet individuals does what they want and when you're the individual have to defend yourself. you're in the wrong. I'm so fed up with it.
