@evautoalex: That Chevy Bolt history shocked everyone! The Carfax missed major accident history. This Bolt story got complicated fast. Would you trust this vehicle history? #carmax #copart #salvagetitle #carfax
This one I'm on the customer's side. Come on you sold a salvaged car.

Typical salesman runaround, they would have definitely known on the history! The Morel of the story here is always do your own research & don’t take the dealers information as gospel!

This is your 2nd video not disclosing an accident that the car had, just this week. Is there anyway for dealerships to look deeper other than the carfax? Is it a lot of trouble to do vin search before buying the car and selling it to a customer?

My first question…Why would you, or anybody ever buy a Chevy Bolt?

Why didn't the customer do a simple Google search?

Customer could have also done a simple Google search then.. at what point does the customer have any responsibility… people forget that we are just a middle man , we didn’t own the car from new, nor did we manufacture it . Buyers need to do their own due diligence before purchasing a car

Ev auto should take the car back and give a full refund. Then it’s EV Autos problem to get their money back from who they bought it from. Very simple fix.

Even though it is as-is, it seems like Alex usually goes above and beyond for customers and this is a really really valid complaint even if he didn’t know about it.

There is no possibility of a salvage title , either it’s clean or not

While Copart is known for selling salvage title vehicles, they also sell repossessed and donated vehicles with clean titles also. Not sure why this is an issue if the title is clean.

NAL but the UCC says that if you misrepresent a product even unknowingly you you can be held liable, because you are the professional, buyers are not. your we didn't know probably won't hold up tonscrutiny

this is the second video they're making saying the car they sold has had damage. the first one seemed questionable from the buyers side. this one doesn't seem like the buyers fault...
