No es un "acento cómico", es simplemente el acento de nuestra región. Una cosa es que nuestro acento tenga chispa y/o gracia (o como le decimos nosotros, que tengamos arte) y otra cosa es que a la gente le parezcamos un chiste. Y no, el acento no está exagerado, solo que tenemos una gran variedad de acentos que cambian dependiendo de la zona.
