The Phillips one is elite. Best purchase I made years ago. it's not painful unless you have it on a a higher level than is necessary. And definitely doesn't cause discomfort afterwards.

love the Philips one,been hair free for 10 years,did first have 6 session of laser treatment at a salon but it was becoming to expensive so moved to the Philips & never looked back,my niece is now using & 90% hair reduction..

The Philips IPL hair remover is amazing. I use it with a cooling gel, so I barely feel any burning sensation. In my opinion, it’s better than Ulike. It’s more expensive, but I think the performance is worth it. I personally recommend Philips because I prefer it, but everyone has their own preference.
