@becky_bfit: Easy Nando’s chicken bowl 🌶️ Ingredients (serves 2): For the chicken: 2 large chicken breasts, butterflied 4 tbsp Nando’s sauce of choice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic granules Served with: Uncle Ben’s Mexican rice Corn on the cob Halloumi, sliced and pan fried Tenderstem broccoli, pan fried Extra Nando’s sauce Simply butterfly your chicken and add to a bowl with the Nando’s sauce, salt, paprika and garlic. Mix well, then airfry for 20-25 mins (depending on size of chicken), flipping half way through. Once cooked, add some more sauce on top. Then serve with your sides of choice, I had Mexican rice, corn on the cob, tenderstem broccoli and halloumi.
