still use powder but don’t bake and use a lot of setting spray (charlotte tilbury one) and a liquid highlighter ( i like the rimmel or charlotte one) and put it after the setting spray

I would so recommend the 'Saie glowy super gel' its such a good base that makes your skin have a natural glow. I'd also recommend a lightweight concealer, I personally use the nars creamy concealer, gives me coverage with that glow. A liquid blush isn't a must but definitely helps,you can also apply powdered products after to set it in. Then you can use your baking/setting powder, use it on the areas where you don't want to look glowy,so maybe the forehead,under eyes,chin. Have the glow where the light naturally hits! 😋😋
