hi! gymnastics coach here for men and women. your rotational axis is your shoulders. when you set for the flip, your shoulders are pushing backwards instead of up. you seem to have enough strength to muscle through it, but you’ll have more air time if you focus on lifting first before your hips start to rise

Don’t just the trampoline use like airtrck to make it harder and it will help you for the double but the trampoline will not make you improve
