prosecutors messed up. jury did their job. yes in south Carolina there is only Mu****, no first degree, no second degree, etc. look up sc laws and it was correct, he wasn't guilty of that. instead, he may have been found guilty of involuntary mansl********, the prosecution messed up, not the jury
