Save yourself a ton of money and buy a couple boxes of this stuff at Sam’s. It is fantastic. By your own tortillas make your own rice and you have only spent probably $40 tops. I served this to a giant crowd of people and they thought I had gotten it at a restaurant. That’s how good it is.

For those interesting in spending less, my Bestie, put us on to Moe's catering. it's a little less than half the price, and you get chips. It last us at btwn 4-5 days sometimes longer. 😉
