one day I was watching kayakers and I thought "I want to be a kayaker". My inside mean voice said people will think I look silly or I am not athletic or I won't do it right. But I did it. Sure, a few people may have noticed in a critical way, but Some people even thought I was a cool kayaker. I think there is a lesson there, but I do still fear judgement.
