Oreo Tres Leches Cake 🍪🥛✨ Ingredients Cake: 1 cup flour (120g) 5 eggs, separated 1/4 tsp salt (1.5g) 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup granulated sugar (200g) 2 tsp vanilla extract (10g) 1/4 cup milk (60g) 1/4 cup neutral oil (55g) 8 Oreo cookies, crushed Milk Soak: 1 can sweetened condensed milk (397g) 1 cup whole milk (240g) 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g) Whipped Topping: 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream (360g) 1/3 cup powdered sugar (40g) 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (55g) Instructions Whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and crushed Oreos. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites while gradually adding half of the sugar until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until pale and fluffy. Mix in the milk, oil, and vanilla. Fold in the dry ingredients, then gently fold in the whipped egg whites until fully combined. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely, then poke holes all over the surface. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla. Slowly pour the mixture over the cooled cake, making sure it soaks in evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, preferably overnight. Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until medium-stiff peaks form.
