I’ve been on omeprazole 20mg since Feb and swapped onto esmpazrole 40mg now and manage to stomach all sorts of foods however tried coming off it for 4 days and back to throwing up food even just plain rice and chicken :( I just don’t wanna be on this tablets forever but my syndrome just so bad without them

hey i wanna ask you a question: you said you had gastritis for couple years does that mean you were experiencing symptoms daily during those years or it was just occasionally symptoms but there was a time where it was everyday and you had you treat it with following a diet to calm it down...
