maybe that's why day and night in province seems longer than here in city. I've been in province and i slept so early probably between 10-11pm and then woke up at 5am on my own without alarm and the feel of waking up inhaling the wind just outside our home is so relaxing.

I remember waking up by myself at 6/7 every morning when I was backpacking. My days were full with activities and hanging out with people, staying until late.. and yet. The happiness just kept me going

I sad this, you need a lot of energy to get trough hard time and work with your toughts and emotions, in 205 my avarage sleeping tine was 10 hour a day and I still was tired.... now I sleep about 6 hours and I don't feel tired at all😅

Actually learning a lot of new information & proper exercise INCREASES sleep need significantly. Doing none of that naturally will reduce your sleep need, but you will most definitely look more tired if you sleep less. 😉

I think this is sadly true. I was sleeping way more less than I’m sleeping now yet I don’t get enough sleep one day I slept over 15 hours!! And when I woke up I just wanted to sleep again. Before 5-8 hours would be enough for me to function the whole day but now !!!!!
