Working with Jay Clark and Wiseco, Tom Morgan bored out the cases of a stock 2003 KX250 and modified the crank to achieve the legendary 327cc displacement fast foward today and you have the answer The Perfect Power Formula: Traditional 300cc big-bore kits can sometimes feel too aggressive or "peaky." TMR proved 23 years ago that a longer rod paired with a specific oversize bore (totaling 327cc) creates a perfectly flat torque curve. Kawasaki engineered the production 2027 KX327 with that exact goal in mind: massive, smooth, controllable power.
