Toss the pork jowl slices with the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes. 2. Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and sear the pork until lightly golden. Remove and set aside. 3. Using the same pan, sauté the julienned ginger and sliced garlic over medium-low heat until fragrant, then add the white parts of the scallions and cook until slightly golden. 4.
