is there a surgery or something to fix this? i have the WORST pain from this and it becomes unbearable at points. i would 100% do a surgery

I have this but it doesn’t stay in the same spot. Sometimes it’s in the right foot and other times in the left. And it moves location in the balls of my feet. Once in a while it moves towards the middle & my arch. I’m currently going to PT for quad tendinopathy & atrophy. My PT and my dr said it could be a kinetic chain issue. Do I need to see a podiatrist for this? I have to see my orthopedic dr tomorrow.
