Prequel sulfur cleanser actually worked WONDERS for me!! It does smell a tiny bit like eggs but honestly after a couple days of using it I barely smelt it anymore but when I tell you not even metronidazole worked as well as this cleanser! I also use cocokind’s magnesium calming mist and byoma hydrating toner and it’s been truly a game changer for my rosacea!

I have this exact skin and rosacea. I tried literally everything under the sun for my skin for the last 15 years. Finally at 34 years old I’ve found my perfect routine. La Roche posay dermocleanser, hypochlorous acid spray, and laneige water bank gel cream. I use sunscreen all daily as well and throughout the day spritz the acid spray

I have rosacea and cured my skin and repaired it by using - vani cream gentle cleanser, vani cream moisturizer, centella oil, and azelic acid.

Don't listen to all the advices in the comments, do what fits for you but mostly, keep it simple. Gentle cleanser and moisturizer, find what triggers it (for me it was exfoliants and aggressive serums). With time and habit and simplicity, it'll calm and go away, trust me!
