@splitsontheside: The correct way to squat 3 things that actually help: 1️⃣ Keep your knees still: don't let them cave in or push out. Squeeze a ball or yoga block between your knees to feel what stable means. Pinching a ball or yoga block engages your inner thigh muscles and will also strengthen your squat.) 2️⃣ Keep your chest up, arms out in front. Stop looking at your knees and feet after the first rep (or your back will round and you'll lose your balance). 3️⃣ Pick a spot in front of you at eye level and stare at it to help keep your chest and head up. This helps with 1-legged exercises but nobody says you can’t do it for 2-legged stuff too! Skip the fancy variations for now. Get this right first.
